America’s Awesome, but, there’s an imaginary parallel universe called the Bizarro America Cinematic Universe (BACU) where America is a third-world nation with immigrants raping and killing us by the hundreds of thousands, with the complicity of the Biden-Harris Administration, and where we’re teetering on the brink of catastrophic national disaster - one that an incompetent FEMA can’t assist with (and even if they could, they’d only help Democrats). We have cat-eating Haitians in Ohio. There are weather-manipulating meteorologists (likely Democrats, probably Jewish), and various other fictitious monsters that are running amuck in America today, most of which were unleashed when Joe Biden became President. The BACU is full of a host of imaginary dragons. But, (thank God!) in the BACU, we have saviors. One of the main character types in the BACU is the Macho Victim Bitch, MVBs (not to be confused with MVPs). MVBs, led by Savior Donald Trump but also including such heroes as JD Vance and macho Josh Hawley, among others, promise to slay the dragons and restore a masculine, law and order America. The BACU is, of course, delusional bullshit, but it sells, and based on current polls and perceptions, it sells really, really well.
Imaginary Dragons.
The BACU is more than misinformation. Referring to an article last week by
, posted on Threads, “We are living through a full-scale assault on anyone who lives in reality: weathermen, scientists, first responders, doctors.” Also last week, wrote, “A curious set of claims has recently emerged from the right-wing corners of the social-media platform X: FEMA is systematically abandoning Trump-supporting Hurricane Helene victims; Democrats (and perhaps Jewish people) are manipulating the weather; Haitian immigrants are eating pet cats in Springfield, Ohio. These stories seem absurd to most people. But to a growing number of Americans living in bespoke realities, wild rumors on X carry weight. Political influencers, elites, and prominent politicians on the right are embracing even pathologically outlandish claims made by their base. They know that amplifying online rumors carries little cost—and offers considerable political gain.”
Former President, current watch salesman, Donald Trump continues his apocalyptic story-telling of an America under siege by immigrants, such as in “War Zones” like Aurora, Colorado (where, even the Republican Mayor disagrees with that bullshit). He suggested in an interview on Monday that “immigrants commit horrendous crimes because ‘it’s in their genes.’” Not feeling like that was enough, on Friday he promised to save us from Kamala Harris’ Occupied America, a wrecthed safe haven for violent immigrants. Others have echoed the watch salesman's nonsense, including Elon Musk and a host of others.
Macho Victim Bitch Saviors.
In the BACU, good, God-fearing men and women are oppressed victims of the deep state machine. They’re counter culture, fighting against Biden-Harris orthodoxy, the weaponization of government and dirty, violent immigrants. Defenders of faith and firearms, true gender identity and tradition, battling an oppressive web of (take your pick) Democrat-Bureaucracy-Media-Elitist-Jewish-Muslim-Immigrant-Transgender-Homo-Communist-Socialist-Progressive-Abortion-Loving-Gun-Hating-Climate-Loving-America-Haters. Macho men and real manhood are celebrated, as they lead the fight against the occupation and oppression of the all-powerful Left. In reality, the Saviors of the BACU are among America’s wealthiest people, own two major social media platforms and numerous Big Tech firms and include venture capitalists, best-selling authors, and with abundant traditional media propagandists in their corner. It’s a bizarre, unsupported, cherry-picked cultural identity of Macho Victim Bitches. And in the BACU, the MVBs, like the Avatar, can save the world.

Good News and Nonsense
America’s Getting Healthier. On Wednesday, Axios’ Adriel Bettelheim reported that “overdose deaths are down, life expectancy is up, the odds of surviving cancer are improving, and we're even losing weight” (but, “Americans still live shorter lives and experience more sickness than people in other high-income countries. The odds of surviving a health crisis are especially bad if you're poor or an ethnic or racial minority.”) We’re doing great. We can do better.
Human Hearts are Awesome. With concerns as Hurricane Milton approached, Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control issued a plea for help seeking fosters and forever families for over 200 homeless cats and dogs. Within two days, the shelter connected 117 cats and 113 dogs with adopters and fosters, the agency said Wednesday. Story via The Palm Beach Post.

Last weekend, I wrote, “When (former Jets Head Coach, Robert) Saleh gets fired because (Jets QB, Aaron) Rodgers blows this season, I hope the Lions consider picking him up if Aaron Glenn gets his deserved head coaching gig next season.” Well, Saleh got fired, everyone blames Rodgers, and I really hope he ends up in Detroit. As an organization, man, the Jets really suck.
